What is VisaSuperior.com?
VisaSuperior.com does not provide legal advice and we are not lawyers. Rather, we provide consulting services related to the U.S. non-immigrant visa application process. Worldwide, about 25% of all non-immigrant visa applicants are denied a visa, and in some countries, this number is much higher. There are many factors a visa officer considers when reviewing your application and during your interview, and our goal is to help you improve your chances of receiving the non-immigrant visa you want.
Should I request a 30-minute consultation or a 60-minute consultation?
We offer both a 30-minute consultation and a 60-minute consultation. Based on our experience, the 30-minute consultation is great if you want us to review your U.S. non-immigrant visa application and evaluate whether you are likely to receive your U.S. visa at this time, The added benefit of the 60-minute consultation is we start by reviewing your U.S. non-immigrant visa application and evaluating if you are likely to receive the visa, Then we provide coaching that is tailored to your situation so you can improve your chances of being issued a non-immigrant visa. Not only this, but we provide strategies to help you maintain a good visa standing in the U.S. and ways to increase the chances of getting non-immigrant visas for your children, if applicable.
Think of the 30-minute consultation as a health check-up for your U.S. application, and the 60-minute consultation as a strategy to improve your interview readiness and the health of your application.
How do I book a consultation?

Once you select an appointment date and time, you will receive an email with those details, and another email with your personal meeting link for our online consultation. If you need to change your appointment date and time, you can use the links provided in the appointment confirmation email to do so. Can I ask you one question about my visa without the whole consultation?
We offer a wide variety of free resources which will answer many of your questions. However, without reviewing your entire non-immigrant application and understanding your situation, it is difficult to answer a specific question about your visa application. We cannot offer information on the status of a U.S. visa application or provide any information about what a visa officer concluded following a visa interview. That type of information is under the control of the U.S. Department of State. What we offer is a review of your individual situation, an evaluation of whether you are likely to receive a non-immigrant visa, and strategies to improve your chances.
Are you a law firm?
No. We are group of former visa officers who have years of experience approving and denying U.S. visa applications. Our experience level means we can help you improve your chances of getting a U.S. non-immigrant visa. There are, of course, no guarantees that a visa you apply for will be approved, but we can help make sure your application is complete and you are ready for your interview. We can also help you understand what may have caused a visa officer to deny your past applications. We offer consulting to help you go through the U.S. non-immigrant visa process.
What if my visa is denied?
25% of all U.S. visa non-immigrant applications are denied, and this denial rate is much higher in certain countries, so there is always a possibility that the visa officer will deny your visa. While we cannot offer any guarantee that your visa will be approved, we are confident that a 30-minute or 60-minute consultation with our staff will improve your chances.
How do I pay for my appointment?
We accept all major credit cards though our payment links, which are available on the 30-minute and 60-minute consultation page.
When should I hire an attorney instead of consulting with you?
If you are pursuing a petition-based visa, either immigrant or non-immigrant, you should consult with an immigration attorney regarding that process. We cannot file a petition on your behalf. Also, if you have specific legal questions regarding certain ineligibilities, or any other legal questions, ask your lawyer.
While many lawyers can offer great advice for your non-immigrant visa interview, not all of them have three decades of experience approving and denying visas to help you understand what matters most to the visa officer. Our goal is to help our clients improve their chances of receiving a U.S. non-immigrant visa, and we do this by focusing on strategies for a successful visa interview.
